  3. Take 1 cup grated cabbage

  5. Prepare 1 cup chopped fenugreek (methi)
  6. Get 1 slit green chilli, chopped
  7. Get 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  8. Take 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  9. Get to taste salt
  10. Get 500 gms maize flour (makai ka atta)
  11. Prepare as needed oil for cooking
  12. Prepare to taste Butter

Instructions to make Mixed Vegetables Makki Paranthas:
  1. Wash and grate all vegetables,Finely chop fenugreek leaves.
  2. Combine all the vegetables in a bowl, add the salt, ajwain, red chill powder and 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
  3. Add the maize flour and knead into a semi-soft doug, using water if required.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into round thick rotis.
  5. Heat a tava and cook each paratha using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.Apply some butter.
  6. Serve hot with homemade butter,Curd,mint Chutney and ginger chillies pickle.Relish the winter season with the gift of winter vegetables.
