  1. Very first step to cut sarson ka saag, palak and methi and clean all the green stuff with water.
  2. Take garlic and green chilli and grind them all and make a paste.
  3. Take cooker and add saag in it and add paste and salt also…close the cooker with lid after the vessel slow the gas till 1/2 - 1hour.
  4. When u open the lid all the saags mix together..It is the main process when u open it…Add 3-4 spoon Makki ka atta in the saag and mix all together very well with help of Madhani…u see the saag become soft and smooth.
  5. Now it's time for Tadka- take a pan and add ghee in it. Add chopped onion and ginger in it. Stir it till light brown add salt if u need otherwise add saag in the tadka…Add only that much quantity which u required according to ur members.
  6. Rest the saag (without Tadka saag) you preserve in the container and put it in the fridge.
  7. Nw it's time to Knead makki ka aata with warm water…and tak some amount of quantity and put it on the clean slab. Spread the atta with the help of palm and make a round shape.
  8. Put that makki ki roti on pre heated tawa and shallow fry both the side…
  9. Put saag in a bowl and Makki ki roti in the plate..put Ghee on the top of saag than u feel the real taste of Sason ka saag. serve it with onion and fresh green chilli.
