  2. Prepare 2 green chilli chopped
  3. Prepare salt to taste
  4. Take 1/2 tsp ajwain
  5. Make ready 2 cup Makki atta
  6. Prepare For dough making lookwarm water
  7. Prepare Oil as needed for shallow frying

How to Make Mooli Wali Makki ki Roti. In a bowl, mix salt, maize flour, radish and ajwain. Add enough water to form a pliable dough. Heat a griddle, pick up the roti along with the cling wrap and place on the griddle, cling wrap side up.

  2. Bowl main all ingredients mix ke garam pani se dough soft dough ready ke le.
  3. Polythene le kar makki atta dough ka ball bana ke dry makki ka atta laga ke roti bana le.
  4. Hot tawa parmakki ki roti dal ke both side se oil laga ke shallow fry ke le.
