  1. Knead a dough mixing makai flour, ajwain, salt and lukewarm water
  2. Wet your palms, Take a portion and make a roti by patting in between the palms
  3. Heat a tawa,now place the roti on tawa
  4. Cook from one side, turn around and then apply ghee and cook from both the sides
