  1. Take 1 cup Maize flour
  2. Get as needed water to make dough
  3. Prepare as needed oil for frying

Instructions to make Makki ki Roti:
  1. In a mixing bowl add flour and water to make dough. Heat tava. Take a small ball from the dough and make chapati. Heat tava. Spread chapati on tava and cook from both sides. Apply oil and cook till golden brown. Serve hot with saag.
