  1. Prepare 1 cup maize flour (makki ka atta)
  2. Take as needed hot water to make dough
  3. Take 2 tsp oil for frying chapati

  1. In a bowl add flour and sufficient water to make dough.now take small ball of dough and make chapati with your palms.heat a tava and apply some oil.spread chapati.cook chapati from both the sides.apply oil and cook well.serve hot with saag and Desi ghee.
