  10. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup maize flour

Instructions to make Pure Punjabi Platter(Sarson ka sag Makki ki roti):
  1. Clean,wash and cut all the sag leaves.
  2. Put in a cooker.
  3. Add ginger.garlic and green chillies.
  4. Add salt
  5. Put on the gas
  6. After 1 whistle put on simmer atleast 1/2 an hour
  7. Now open and add maize flour
  8. Blend it well
  9. Cook till the flour mix properly
  10. Heat desi ghee
  11. Add chopped onions and saute
  12. Mix red chilli powder
  13. Pour tadka in the sag and mix well
  14. Serve with makki ki roti,gur,mooli and lassi(maize flour roti.raddish.jaggery and buttermilk)
  15. Top with white butter
