  1. Prepare 1 cup puree of mustard and spinach leaves
  2. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  3. Take 1 tbsp ginger and garlic
  4. Get 1 tbsp Cumin coriander powder
  5. Prepare 1 tomato chopped
  6. Get 1 tbsp gram flour
  7. Get 1/2 cup curd
  8. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli Powder
  9. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Get 1 cup makki atta /corn flour
  11. Get 1/2 cup plain flour
  12. Get To taste salt and sugar
  13. Get As needed oil and ghee

Instructions to make Sarson sag and makki roti:
  1. Heat oil and fry the onions and ginger garlic paste
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder and saute
  3. Now add the tomato puree and cumin coriander powder and tomato
  4. Add sag pureed saute till it is thick
  5. Add curd beaten with little salt and besan
  6. Now add sugar and remove
  7. Knead a dough with makki aatta and pain flour
  8. Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape roti
  9. Prepare roti and serve with sarson saag
