  1. Take 1 cup makki Ka atta (maize flour)
  2. Take 1 cup mulli ke patte chopped
  3. Take 1/2 cup sour curd
  4. Take 2 green chillies finely chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp ajwain
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Get 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
  10. Get as needed Oil for shallow fry

Steps to make Makki vada:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add water if required. Knead very soft dough. Keep rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Knead again for 2-3 minutes. Make equal size balls.
  3. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Flatten makki vada in your palms. Place one by one in hot oil. Deep fry these vadas on medium flame. Then simmer the gas. And fry until golden brown.
  4. Transfer in dish.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
