  2. Take 1 bowl boiled and crushed corn
  3. Get 1 1/2 bowl makki atta (yellow)
  4. Make ready 3/4 cup milk
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Amul creamy cheese spread
  7. Take 11/2 tbsp Coconut oil
  8. Get 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  9. Get 2 tsp sesame seeds
  10. Get 1 big onion chopped finely
  11. Get 1 green pepper finely chopped
  12. Prepare 1 medium carrot finely chopped
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp green coriander chopped

  15. Make ready 2 tbsp water to cook
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp peas
  17. Take 2 tbsp french beans
  18. Prepare 1 tsp chopped garlic
  19. Get 1 tomato chopped finely

Steps to make Corn Veg Supreme:
  1. Chop veggies first to prepare this dish,chop garlic,onions.
  2. Similarly chop carrot,green pepper,french beans,boil green peas in pan for few minutes.Boil chopped french beans and carrot till 1 whistle with little water.Cool and strain.If available you can add little red pepper,yellow pepper too.
  3. To start cooking the recipe,take a Non-stick pan,add cooking coconut oil.Heat it add zeera splutter it,add chopped garlic in it. Saute till light golden,add chopped onions saute till translucent.
  4. Add green pepper in it,then saute for few minutes,add chopped tomatoes saute it.Add boiled carrot beans.
  5. Saute nicely for few minutes add boiled sweet corn,blanched peas,coarsely crushed corn.Mix all.
  6. Now add salt to taste, black pepper in this mixture.Add chpped coriander in it.Mix nicely.Now add milk in it mix well.
  7. Now add makki atta slowly.Mix all together till it thickens nicely.
  8. Cook nicely till it thickens and collects together.Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.Add cheese spread and mix in it.
  9. When it is thickened switch off gas.Grease a baking dish to bake the dish.Level the batter in it.Press with spatula.Apply sesame seeds on top 2 tsp.
  10. Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 250degrees celsius till golden brown on top.Check with inserting a knife when it's clear it's ready.
  11. Cool it.Then cut in pieces.Serve with tomato ketchup.Do not cut when it is hot.Invert on plate.You can add grated cheese on top and bake(Optional)
