  1. Take 1 cup makki aata(maze our)
  2. Take 1/2 cup very finely chopped methi leaves
  3. Get to taste Salt
  4. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1 pinch asafoetida
  6. Get as needed Mustard Oil for cooking paratha
  7. Prepare as needed Lukewarm water to knead dough
