  2. Prepare 1 beetroot
  3. Get 7-9 black dates
  4. Get 1 tsp walnut

Instructions to make Chocolate beetroot bliss:
  1. Peel off the beetroot and boil it. I have booked it in pressure cooker.
  2. Chop it and grind it using mixer jar.
  3. Deseed the dates and Chop it. Dry roast the sesame seeds for a minute. Also chop/crush the nuts if you like. I like to have crunchiness of nuts in every bites so not crushing it.
  4. Take the beetroot into pan, add chopped dates and stir it on law flame. Once you find that the mixture has thicken up, add remaining nuts and mix well.
  5. Also add dedicated coconut, coco powder and chocolate powder and combine everything well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make small balls of it
  6. Chop the white chocolate. Melt it using double boiler method.
  7. Deep the beetroot ball into chocolate and coat it. Repeat the process for all the balls. Then refrigerate it for half and hour.
  8. Your chocolate beetroot bliss is ready to gobble.
