  11. Get 1 Bowl Arahar and moong dal mix
  12. Prepare 2 Chopped onion
  13. Get 1 Chopped tomato
  14. Take 5-6 Curry patta
  15. Make ready 4-5 garlic cloves chopped
  16. Make ready 1/2 Tea spoon haldi powder
  17. Make ready 1/2 Tea spoon garam Masala

Instructions to make Mendu wada with sambhar:
  1. For Mendu wada:—— - Soak udad daal for 6 hr. Grind it without water. Then again keep it farmantaion for 8hr.
  2. Now take udad daal add salt, jeera, soda, onion, green chilli. Mix it well.
  3. Apply some water from the bowl on both your hands. take some batter in your right hand from the bowl. give it a round shape.with your thumb make a hole in the center.
  4. Heat oil in pan. Once the oil becomes hot, pour the medu vada into the hot oil.
  5. Cook on medium flame.drain medu vadas on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
  6. For Sambhar:—– - Wash dal, vegetables and cook in pressure cooker with3 cups water for 3 Whistles.
  7. Take pan. Heat oil. add hing, jeera, and Rai. Add Curry patta and dry red chilli. add Ginger garlic.
  8. Add chopped onion then add Tomatoes and drum sticks.
  9. Add all masala powder.Sprinkle some water on masala. fry it nicely on low flame.
  10. Add boil daal with vegetables. - Mix it. Add 1glass water. Add salt.
  11. Add jegary and Imli pulp. Cook it for 10 min.
  12. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve it with Mendu Wada.
