  5. Get 1 slice Salmon (for sashimi)
  6. Take 1 dash Green onion (finely chopped)
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Sushi Grade Tuna (for negitoro -minced fatty tuna with green onions-)
  8. Make ready 1 Wasabi
  9. Get 1 Yuzu pepper paste
  10. Make ready 1 Soy sauce

Instructions to make Sushi Balls:
  1. Mix the rice vinegar into the freshly made rice and mix well.
  2. Roll into small balls.
  3. Top one with the salmon and some chopped green onion (or avocado).
  4. Cut a shiso leaf in half, wrap it around another ball, and top with the tuna (and some chopped green onion).
  5. Top the third ball with the shrimp and olive.
