  3. Take 1/2 lg White onion (diced)
  4. Take 1 Red bell pepper (diced)
  5. Prepare 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  6. Get 2 cups chicken broth
  7. Take 1 can White Northern beans (drained and rinsed)
  8. Prepare 1 tbs fresh cracked pepper
  9. Make ready 1 tbs Mexican oregano
  10. Prepare 1 tbs cumin

Instructions to make Slow-Cooker Jalapeño Chicken Chili:
  1. Place diced jalapeños, onions, garlic, bell pepper, chicken broth, beans, and seasonings to crockpot. Stir to combine.
  2. Please chicken breasts on top of mixture in crockpot. Set crockpot on low for 7-8 hours.
  3. 1/2 way through turn chicken and continue cooking.
  4. Remove chicken and shred. Return shredded chicken to crockpot and add cream cheese. Stir well making sure cream cheese is melted. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat and add cilantro and green onions right before serving.
  6. Garnish with cheese of your choice, tortilla chips or avocado.
